The Story:
When a world renowned scientist is found brutally murdered, a Harvard professor, Robert Langdon, is summoned to identify the mysterious symbol seared onto the dead man's chest. Langdons conclusion: it is the work of the Illuminati, a secret brotherhood presumed extinct for nearly four hundred years who are now reborn to continue their bitter vendetta against their sworn enermy, the Catholic church.

In Rome, the pope is dead and the college of cardinals assemble to elect a new pope. Somewhere within the Vatican walls, an unstoppable bomb of immense power counts down. While the minutes tick away, Langdon joins with Vittoria Vetra, a beautiful and mysterious Italian scientist, to decipher a trail of ancient symbols across spread across Rome to the long-forgotten lair of the Illuminati. Within this lair lies the only hope for the Vatican.
